I have always love your shoes. However, not sure what happened, I ordered the pointed flats but the order that was processed was something else. I did not notice it when I received the email that the item was different and only found out when I received it. I did not go ahead with the return as it's quite a challenge for me. While I really love your shoes, I'm just a bit sad for this order 😢
