Frequently Asked Questions
Membership & Enrollment
If you have an existing account on www.pazzion.com as of 20th Jan 2022, you will be automatically enrolled.
If you don't have an account, you can sign up online, or visit any PAZZION stores for assistance.
The privileges will be reflected in your account within 24 hours.
Account Details & Profile Updates
You can only update your birthday details once if you have not provided it previously. If you wish to make any changes, feel free to send us an email at customercare@pazzion.com for assistance.
Vouchers
Birthday Vouchers will only be available in the rewards app on the first day of your birthday month.
- Step 1: Login to access your account dashboard.
- Step 2: New or unused vouchers are under the 'Redeem' tab.
- Step 3: Decide if you want to claim the voucher online or in-store before you proceed to purchase (this cannot be reverted).
- Step 4: Go to Rewards > Active Rewards to find your unique code.
For online purchases: Enter the unique code during checkout to enjoy the discount.
For in-store purchases: Kindly inform our staff that you would like to use your rewards for your purchase.
Vouchers that have been redeemed online and retail (respectively) are not interchangeable.
Orders & Purchase History
Orders (both online and retail) placed after 1st February 2023 will be reflected under "Order History" in your account dashboard.
Membership Tier & Spending
You may view your accumulated spend and member tier in your account dashboard.
Overseas Purchases
Log in using the same email address you've used previously.
