As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience. This role involves managing website performance, executing online campaigns, analysing sales and customer data, and optimizing product listings to maximize conversions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.
- Manage the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized site performance, and strong conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other relevant teams to improve sales, product listings, content, and website functionality.
- Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of E-Commerce managerial experience or a similar role. - Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Overview
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
- Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods
- Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise and minimal error in fulfilment orders
- Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team (about 10 pax), including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Work closely with retail operations and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.
- Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
- Possess at least 3 years of Supervisory experience in Retail Logistic, or Supply Chain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS experience is an added advantage

Overview
This role drives Pazzion’s PR and influencer marketing initiatives across Singapore and regional markets, strengthening brand visibility, reputation, and engagement through effective media relations, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute PR and influencer strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives
- Manage media relations, press releases, media kits, and brand announcements
- Lead end-to-end influencer and KOL collaborations, including sourcing, briefing, negotiations, deliverables, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and creators
- Support and coordinate media events, product launches, store openings, and brand activations
- Monitor media coverage, social sentiment, and campaign performance, and provide insights and reports
- Support brand reputation management and communications as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields
- 3–5 years’ experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications (fashion / retail / lifestyle preferred)
- Strong media and influencer network with solid writing and communication skills
- Able to manage PR and influencer initiatives independently with minimal supervision
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Execute product and campaign shoots using natural and studio lighting techniques.
- Capture visually compelling images that align with brand aesthetics and commercial objectives.
- Prepare products and manage shoot setups to ensure high production standards.
- Perform image selection, colour correction, and post-production using Capture One, Photoshop, and AI-assisted tools.
- Leverage emerging technologies and AI solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support campaign launches and product storytelling.
- Manage image assets and ensure timely delivery in accordance with brand standards.
- Support additional creative and business initiatives as required.
Requirements
- A strong visual storyteller with a refined eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Experienced in commercial fashion photography (portfolio required).

- Updating of product information such as price list, cost price, material information etc into the system
- Preparation of seasonal catalogue and assisting in preparation of merchandising sales reports
- Coordinate with China warehouse for upcoming shipment and ensure all product samples arrived in timely manner
- Arrange importation of container and coordinate with freight forwarder on local custom clearance
- Ensure accuracy of stock levels on websites and backend system
