Exchanges & Refunds
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Exchange or return must be completed within 30 days of receiving the item.
- All item(s) must be returned in their original, brand-new condition, together with the original packaging and invoice.
- All returned items will undergo a final inspection by our staff to verify that they are in their original, unused, and brand-new condition before an exchange or refund request is approved.
- Item(s) showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange or return.
- In the event of any dispute, PAZZION reserves the right to make the final decision.

- To process an exchange, please visit any PAZZION retail store. You may find our store locations in Singapore via our Store Locator.
- We offer a one-time exchange per item for a different size, colour, or design, subject to stock availability in store.
- Top-up required for higher-value items; no refund for lower-value exchanges.
- If the desired exchange item is available exclusively online, please contact our Customer Service for assistance with a stock transfer request.
- Refunds are available for online purchases only. Items purchased from PAZZION retail stores are not eligible for return or refund.
- To return an eligible item for a refund, you may visit any PAZZION retail store in Singapore. The returned item will be sent to our warehouse for inspection and refund processing. You will receive an email notification once successful.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refunded amount should be reflected in your account within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
- If a refund causes the order to fall below the voucher’s minimum spend, the full discount value will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping fees associated with the order will not be refunded.
- For overseas orders, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
- Sale items purchased online may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Top-up required for higher-value items; no refund for lower-value exchanges.
- After sale period, exchanges will be based on original (non-sale) price.
- Sales Items are strictly non-refundable.
