• Open to legal residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as of 8 November 2025.
• Employees of Pazzion and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• By taking part, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• Participants will automatically be entered into the Lucky Draw upon completing a qualifying transaction on the Pazzion online store.
• Each transaction meeting the minimum spend will count as one valid entry.
• The Lucky Draw is valid for online purchases only.
• Five (5) winners will be selected at random by Pazzion.
• Winners will be chosen via a computerised random draw to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Any transaction that is subsequently refunded or cancelled (in full or in partial) will not be eligible for entry into the Lucky Draw.

1st Prize – Air Tickets to Tokyo

Travel Route & Class

Round-trip economy-class tickets for direct flights between Singapore and Tokyo. No changes to the origin, destination, airline, or class of travel once confirmed.

Travel Validity

Valid for travel from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026, subject to seat availability and blackout dates:

• New Year (1–5 January 2026)
• Chinese New Year (16–22 February 2026)
• Hari Raya Puasa (19–22 March 2026)
• Good Friday (3–5 April 2026)

Redemption

The winner must redeem and confirm travel within 30 days of prize claim. Bookings subject to seat availability.

Expenses Not Included

Prize covers airfare only. Excludes seat selection, baggage upgrades, insurance, accommodation, meals, and transport.

Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable Prize is strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, store credit or any other benefits. The tickets may only be used by the winner and one nominated companion (whose details must be confirmed at the time of booking)

All additional expenses incurred during travel are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Travel Documentation

The winner and companion must ensure valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. Pazzion is not liable for incomplete documentation or travel restrictions.

Airline Terms

Flights subject to airline terms. Pazzion not responsible for flight delays or cancellations. In unforeseen circumstances (eg. pandemic or government travel restrictions) Pazzion may substitute with a travel voucher or equivalent prize.

No Liability

Pazzion shall not be responsible for loss, injury, or damage arising from use of the prize or travel participation.

The winner travels at their own risk and expense.

Tickets are restricted to specific airlines and routes selected by Pazzion. No changes to carrier, destination or class of travel will be allowed once confirmed.

2nd–5th Prize – Pazzion Shopping Vouchers

Voucher Value & Validity

SGD $100 (2nd & 3rd Prize) / SGD $50 (4th & 5th Prize). Valid for six (6) months from issuance. Expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.

Redemption Method

Redeemable exclusively at www.pazzion.com. Vouchers may be used in a single transaction only. Any unused balance will be forfeited — no cash or credit refund will be provided for partial redemption.

Minimum spend of SGD $50 per voucher.

Upon successful prize acknowledgment via Instagram DM, winners will receive digital vouchers via email within seven (7) working days.

Pazzion will not resend, replace, or reissue digital vouchers once they have been delivered.

Exclusions & Restrictions

• Cannot be used for purchasing other vouchers, gift cards, or third-party products.
• Cannot be stacked with other vouchers (e.g., birthday/welcome) but can combine with membership discounts.
• Unless otherwise stated, vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promotions, sale items, or discount codes.

Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-replaceable if lost, and not exchangeable for cash or store credit.

Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt to duplicate, modify, or sell a voucher without authorisation renders it void. Pazzion reserves the right to reject tampered vouchers.

Substitution of Prizes

Pazzion may substitute vouchers with rewards of equivalent value without prior notice.

• Winners will be announced on 30 November 2025 at 8pm (GMT+8) via Pazzion’s official instagram account at (Pazzionofficial).
• Winners are required to send us a direct message (DM) via our official Pazzion Instagram account (@pazzionofficial) to acknowledge and claim their prize no later than 7 December, 23:59 (GMT+8)
• If a winner does not contact us by the stated deadline, Pazzion reserves the right to select another eligible participant to receive the prize.
• Pazzion will not be held responsible for undelivered notifications due to spam filters, privacy settings or other technical issues on the participant’s end.
• Winners may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form or Declaration and Release before prize collection.
• If a participant is selected as a winner and subsequently returns or cancels the qualifying order (in full or in part), Pazzion reserves the right to disqualify the winner and forfeit the prize, even if the prize has already been awarded.

• This Lucky Draw is governed by the laws of Singapore.
• Pazzion’s decisions regarding the Lucky Draw are final and binding. No appeals will be entertained.
• Pazzion shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with participation or prize redemption.

Personal Data Protection

Pazzion collects personal data solely for the purpose of administering the Lucky Draw, contacting winners, and promotional publicity, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Participation constitutes consent to data collection and use in accordance with our policy. Pazzion’s General Terms of Service apply.

Intellectual Property

All submitted materials, including comments and images, may be used by Pazzion for marketing and publicity purposes without further consent or compensation.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved individually and exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore. Participants waive any right to class actions or claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

GRA Clause

GRA Clause This lucky draw is conducted in accordance with the Private Lotteries Act (Chapter 250) and the rules made thereunder. A permit is not required under the Act as this promotion qualifies for exemption. The Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) does not endorse or sponsor this promotion.
