Please take note that our Singapore website only delivers to Singapore. If you are not from Singapore, please toggle the country selector located at the top left hand side of our website and choose International/the country that you are from.

Please also do check with your country customs for the estimated duties and taxes and exclusions for orders that are shipped from overseas before placing an order.

Duties and taxes will be buyer’s responsibility and if buyer reject the order due to duties and taxes, we will deduct the amount from the refund as the duties and taxes will need to be paid before the order is back to us.

Duties and taxes are charged by your country customs and we are not able to advice on the amount or percentage charged.

Our couriers will be contacting customer to arrange delivery as well as to collect any duties and taxes (if any).

If you reject the order upon delivering, the courier will ship back the order to us and the duties and taxes as well as the delivery fee charged back to us will be payable by customer.

We will deduct the cost from the refund when the order reach us and refund the balance back to customer.

Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days from the received date. Please be aware that sale items are non-refundable.

You can facilitate the exchange or return either by visiting our outlet directly or by shipping the item to the PAZZION warehouse
(at your own expense).

We do not offer return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for handling the return process and covering any associated charges.

We provide repair services, but they are subjected to accessories repair only. Please bring your shoe to any PAZZION retail store. We will assess the shoe's condition and provide information on any applicable charges and estimated duration.
