How do I cancel/amend orders?

*Sale items cannot be changed or canceled due to high order volumes during sale periods.
My order was unsuccessful, what should I do?
Check your payment method and any authentication requirements/details. If issues persist, customercare@pazzion.com with a screenshot of the error.
Can i amend my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact customercare@pazzion.com immediately. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
What forms of payment can I use?
Major credit cards:
American Express, Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay.
Other options:
ShopPay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shopback, Google Pay, Atome, GrabPay.
My payment was declined, what should I do?
Ensure your checkout information is correct. If still unsuccessful, contact your bank or email customercare@pazzion.com for assistance.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Am I able to return items purchased in-store?
No, returns and refunds are not available for in-store purchase.
Can I exchange or return my online order?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt if items are in original condition (tags, packaging, invoice intact).
Exchanges: allowed once per item, subject to stock.
Refunds: for online orders only.
You may visit any Singapore store to process a return/exchange.
What will happen if my order includes vouchers/discounts?
If a refund causes the order to fall below the voucher’s minimum spend, the full discount value will be deducted from the refund.
Can I exchange an item purchased on sale?
Sale items may be exchanged within 30 days. Top-up required for higher-value items; no refund for lower-value exchanges. After sale period, exchange is based on original (non-sale) price.
Do you provide free return shipping?
No. Customers bear return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping as we’re not responsible for lost parcels.
When will I receive my refund?
Typically within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect your item(s). Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery options?
Standard delivery: 2–3 working days
Same-day delivery: Orders by 12 PM delivered same day; after 12 PM, next working day
Self-collection: 1–3 working days at selected stores
(Warehouse operates Mon–Fri, excluding weekends & public holidays.)
Where does Pazzion deliver to?
We deliver worldwide. The Singapore site ships locally only. For international orders, select your country. Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I choose delivery date & time?
Currently, specific date/time selection isn’t available. For urgent needs, please select same-day delivery.
Can I buy online and deliver to store for self-collection?
Yes, available at: Takashimaya, JEM, Vivo City, Bugis Junction, Junction 8, Jewel, MBS.
*You’ll receive an SMS once your order is ready (1–3 working days).
Repairs & Services
Do you offer repair services?
Yes, for issues like buckles or embellishments (not wear and tear). Bring your shoes to any PAZZION store for evaluation, where we’ll advise on feasibility, costs, and repair duration.
