In celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday this August, the cosy charm of PAZZION Café gets a nostalgic makeover. With kopi in one hand and nostalgia in the other, we’re teaming up with local heritage brand Killiney Kopitiam in an exclusive SG60 collaboration. Bringing you a limited-time menu that pays homage to our nation’s rich kopi culture, reimagined through a modern, artisanal lens.

From 2 July to 31 August 2025, step into our cosy café space and experience a taste of tradition, featuring five handcrafted drinks and three decadent desserts, where every item carries a memory; of childhood breakfasts, kopi breaks, and comforting local flavours. Bold yet familiar, and made for modern palates. Think elevated kopi, inventive sweets, and vibes that say: “Swee la, let’s go lim kopi!”

Coffee or Tea? Why not both. 

When you can’t decide if you want Kopi or Teh, the Butter Foam Iced Yuan Yang hits just right. Strong coffee and fragrant milk tea, layered with luscious kaya cream for that savoury-sweet finish, and chilled to perfection. Paired with crispy egg crackers, it’s the ultimate café pick-me-up that balances nostalgia, indulgence, and refreshment in one elegant glass. Modern yet rooted in tradition, giving you that familiar taste with a refreshing twist that’s made for sunny café afternoons.

Memories In a Cup 

We took the essence of your favourite kaya toast breakfast and reimagined it into a dreamy, creamy cup. The Kaya Dream Latte blends robust espresso with silky milk and a generous swirl of sweet, aromatic kaya, resulting in a fragrant, comforting drink that evokes the smell of toasted bread and mornings at the kopitiam. A comforting creation perfect for those slow café moments with a local twist. And the crispy pandan wafer? Just the perfect touch.

A Cool Take on a Kueh Classic

Calling all ondeh-ondeh lovers! This one’s made for you. The Ondeh Bliss Iced Latte takes everything you adore about the beloved kueh and gives it a cool, café-worthy spin. Think aromatic pandan, rich gula melaka, and creamy coconut, poured over ice for the ultimate refreshing treat. It’s lightly sweet, wildly nostalgic, and a perfect pick-me-up with a local twist.

Playful and Perfectly Local

Named after the cheeky phrase meaning "Tiger Bites Lion", our Hor Ka Sai (虎咬狮) is an indulgent blend of iced Milo and strong coffee, layered with smooth coffee jelly for an extra bite. Served with three colourful iced gem biscuits, this drink is a playful nod to childhood snacks and old-school flavours. One sip, and you're back in your childhood, but with a modern twist. A drink that’s as local as it gets. 

A Heritage Classic, Reinvented 

A bold twist on the local classic, our Butter Foam Kopi O brings a silky-smooth upgrade to your everyday kopi. Made with strong, aromatic Killiney Robusta coffee beans, this brew is finished with a rich silky kaya cream that melts into the drink as you sip. Served hot with a side of crispy egg crackers, this drink offers a luxurious, full-bodied mouthfeel that’s indulgent without being heavy.  It’s warm, comforting, and unapologetically old-school, but with café-level flair.

Tiramisu with a Twist

This isn’t your average tiramisu. Our Kopi Royale Coconut Tiramisu is a tropical rendition of the Italian classic, featuring signature Killiney Robusta coffee, infusing the delicate layers of mascarpone cream and espresso-soaked ladyfingers with a bold, robust flavour. The subtle addition of coconut brings a creamy sweetness and a local flair, making every spoonful a delicious blend of East meets West. Light yet indulgent, it’s the perfect ending, or beginning, to your SG60 café journey!

A love letter to Singapore’s most iconic spread, the Kopi Royale Kaya Tiramisu is a unique fusion of two breakfast favourites: Italian dessert and kaya toast. The swirls of sweet pandan kaya add a rich, eggy sweetness. It’s rich, fragrant, and full of heart, just like your favourite kopitiam mornings, elevated into a café indulgence. A tiramisu that hits close to home.

A Scoop of Celebration

Inspired by the symbols of our nation, the Jubilee Sundae is as meaningful as it is indulgent. Vanilla ice cream meets bouncy, star-shaped coffee jelly, an ode to the five stars on Singapore’s flag. Topped with golden crumbles for that extra crunch, it’s creamy, playful, and packed with texture, making every spoonful a nostalgic nod to our shared heritage.
