FAQ


If you have an existing account on www.pazzion.com as of 20th Jan 2022, you will be automatically enrolled into the Loyalty Program with special bonus privileges. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free by clicking on Join Now, or visit any PAZZION stores and get our staff to assist you!



SLIVER: Your tier status will never expire.

GOLD: Your tier status will be downgraded to SLIVER tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of SGD 200 over a 12-month period from the date you joined

PLATINUM: Your tier status will be downgraded to GOLD if you do not hit the accumulated spend of SGD 400 over a 12-month period from the date you joined


* Disclaimer: You have up to 31st January 2024 to accumulate your spending to maintain your current membership tier. (eg. If you register before 31st Jan 2023 you will have up to 31st Jan 2024 to accumulate the spend to maintain your membership. If you are registered after 31st Jan 2023, you will have 1 year to accumulate your spend to maintain your membership.)
* Upgrading of members still applies during this period.

You can only update your birthday details once if you have not provided it previously. If you wish to make any changes, feel free to send us an email at customercare@pazzion.com for assistance.



Step 1: Login to your Rewards App at the bottom left of the screen.
Step 2: The birthday vouchers is under Redeem tab.
Step 3: Decide if you want to claim the voucher online or in-store before you proceed to purchase. (this cannot be reverted)
Step 4: For online purchases, enter the promo code during checkout to enjoy the discount. For retail/in-store purchases, kindly inform our staff that you have redeemed the voucher, and you would like to use them for your purchase.



Orders (both online and retail) placed after 1st February 2023 will be reflected under "Order History" in the Rewards app. For online purchases before 1st February 2023 can be found under "Order History" after you click on "My Account" located at the top right hand corner.



Step 1: Login to your Rewards App at the bottom left of the screen.
Step 2: Click on your membership tier (Eg. Your Name, SILVER) and the total required spending will be indicated



You have to re-register an account for the respective country you wish to make a purchased at, using the same email address across.



The privileges will be reflected in your account within 24 hours.



Birthday Vouchers will only be available in the rewards app on the first day of your birthday month



Vouchers that have been redeemed online and retail (respectively) are not interchangeable.
