U.S. DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped from Singapore.

At PAZZION, we aim to keep international shipping as affordable and fuss-free as possible. We make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can, as we understand that receiving your items promptly is important to you.

Shipments outside of Singapore may be subjected to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your order requires any import charges, payment must be made on your end for your package to be cleared from customs.

Please note that shipments must be cleared with the destination’s customs within the timeframe set by the relevant authorities or logistics provider. Failing which, the package may be considered abandoned, and PAZZION will not be liable for any compensation or refund.

You are advised to check with your local customs office on any applicable charges before placing an order. PAZZION is unable to intervene in or cover these charges, and all orders will be fulfilled as confirmed.

For orders placed on the weekends and public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day*

*Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays.

U.S. shipping rates

Duties & Taxes

Import tariffs, duties, and taxes are not included in your PAZZION order total and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Effective 29 August 2025, all U.S. orders (including those below US$800) are subject to applicable duties and taxes in accordance with customs regulations. Payment will be collected directly by our logistics partner during customs clearance.

Please note that failure to respond or refusal to make payment may result in parcel abandonment, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
