European Union Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receives your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our Customer Care team within the 14-day withdrawal period and provide the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Item(s) you wish to return
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return instructions. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) within 14 calendar days.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and any complimentary gifts (if applicable).

The cost of returning the item(s) is the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PAZZION is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit. Once your return has been shipped, please provide our Customer Care team with the tracking number for reference.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within one week and issued to your original payment method.
