INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped from Singapore.
At PAZZION, we aim to keep international shipping as affordable and fuss-free as possible. We make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can, as we understand that receiving your items promptly is important to you.
Shipments outside of Singapore may be subjected to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your order requires any import charges, payment must be made on your end for your package to be cleared from customs.
Please note that shipments must be cleared with the destination’s customs within the timeframe set by the relevant authorities or logistics provider. Failing which, the package may be considered abandoned, and PAZZION will not be liable for any compensation or refund.
You are advised to check with your local customs office on any applicable charges before placing an order. PAZZION is unable to intervene in or cover these charges, and all orders will be fulfilled as confirmed.
For orders placed on the weekends and public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day*
*Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays.

Indonesia Shipping Procedure
1. An email with the shipment number will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed and shipped out within 1-3 working days.
2. All the orders will be delivered to the following cities and handled over to the last mile delivery provider in your country.
3. You will receive an updated local tracking number via SMS / Whatsapp from the local courier company as well as an email from PAZZION once the order is dispatched in your respective city.
4. Do note that all the orders placed on PAZZION.COM and delivering to INDONESIA are all inclusive of Duties and Taxes, please contact us and reject the package if you are asked to pay any duties and taxes.
