Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for an refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Return must be completed within 30 days of receiving the item.
- All item(s) must be returned in their original, brand-new condition, together with the original packaging and invoice.
- All returned items will undergo a final inspection by our staff to verify that they are in their original, unused, and brand-new condition before an exchange or refund request is approved.
- Item(s) showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange or return.
- In the event of any dispute, PAZZION reserves the right to make the final decision.

- Overseas orders must be returned to our Singapore warehouse for a return and refund.
- To ensure that your item is eligible for a refund, please contact our Customer Service team and submit photos showing the item's condition before sending it back. We will provide the return address upon review.
- We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are required to arrange their own return shipping, and all return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PAZZION is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
- Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a final inspection will be conducted before the refund is processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been approved.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refunded amount should be reflected in your account within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
- If a refund causes the order total to fall below the voucher’s minimum spend requirement, the full discount value will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping fees associated with the order are non-refundable.
Customers whose orders are delivered to countries within the European Union (EU) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
