When everything seems to be going against Joyi,
she would always remind herself that the airplane
takes off against the wind, not with it.
She believes that one should never give up because
of one setback. It's just like slashing 3 other tired just
because you got a flat. Never, never, never give up
because her dad once told her "Great things take time."
And for Joyi, she has been living this motto for 26
