Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and spearhead the brand's global marketing plan and content strategy, in line with overall business goals

  • Spearhead the development of marketing campaigns and managing a team to execute global roll-out of tactical campaigns and communications

  • Plan and manage entire marketing team's resources; including job allocation, work schedules and project timelines to deliver timely and impactful campaigns and roll-outs

  • Overall brand custodian managing the brand identity and corporate branding

  • Oversee all corporate communications and PR

  • Plan and manage overall marketing budget, including monitoring of utilisation

  • Manage and oversee global partners' marketing communication efforts, including providing consultancy, and content development for regional markets to be in line with global business objectives

  • Develop and manage brand's CRM system, loyalty and rewards programme

  • Analyze and report marketing data to management to help sharpen future marketing strategies


  • Preferably Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or any relevant discipline

  • At least 4-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the fashion industry

  • Independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Driven, creative, dynamic and resourceful with an eye for details

  • Good written and oral communication

  • Able to multi-task; work on several projects at once

  • Good team player
