Graphic Designer

The successful candidate will join a fast-paced work environment, where he / she is expected to have a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics, coupled with a huge dose of creativity and willingness to try out new design concepts and ideas.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design all of brand's communications and corporate materials including print, online, digital, large format, presentations, brand packaging and any other collaterals as the need arises

  • Support all design work required by brand's stakeholders including local and international franchisees and operations, including localising designs for different global markets

  • Deliver targeted designs suitable for different channels such as online (EDM, Instagram post, Instagram Story, Facebook post, Facebook ad / banner etc.), offline (instore collaterals, large format print). This requires in-depth knowledge of the different design requirements of the various channels and how the target audience interacts with each type of content / channel.

  • As the custodian of the brand identity, all design work needs to adhere to brand identity guidelines

  • Work closely with team of photographers and marketing team in the brainstorm and execution of all communications and materials

  • Sourcing for and liaising with external suppliers for print production and press checks

  • Maintain, backup and archival of all graphic designs and documents in an orderly manner



  • Creativity, flair for design and visual aesthetics

  • In-depth knowledge about the different design requirements and user interactions with each medium: online (EDM, Instagram post, Instagram Story, Facebook post, Facebook ad / banner etc.), offline (instore collaterals, large format print).

  • Ability to draw or animate is an added advantage

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional etc)

  • Must be able to perform tasks assigned with minimal or no supervision, in a timely manner to meet stipulated deadlines

  • Proactive and resourceful and able to deliver under time pressure

  • Motivated to deliver good design work that meets the brand's standards

  • Constantly keeping abreast with latest design and fashion trends to ensure that designs are kept fresh

  • Relevant portfolio of works should be submitted upon application
