E-commerce Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full E-commerce operations/activities 

  • Conduct market research and ensuring upkeep with latest E-commerce trends/marketing strategies and execution to increase online sales

  • Exploring new online marketplaces (websites / mobile apps) to further increase brand presence and sales

  • Generate reports and performing analysis based on the website data extracted on a regular basis and presenting them with insights to the Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing and E-commerce activities

  • Address all online queries from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Liaison for payment, courier vendors, seek out partnerships with the goal of improving sales

  • Other ad-hoc day to day E-commerce logistics operations


  • Degree qualifications with at least 2 years of experience managing E-commerce platforms

  • Experience in Data Analytics, Online Payment Gateways, Social Media Advertising and Management

  • Basic HTML and Photoshop skills is a must

  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel

  • Proficient in Chinese Language (in order to manage brand on third-party Chinese e-commerce platforms)

  • Independent and able to perform well in a dateline driven, rapid and fast-moving environment

  • Creative, open-minded nature with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile
