We are looking for a Cafe Manager to manage the daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. 

The Cafe Manager will be responsible for monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies when needed. To be successful in this role, you should have relevant working experience of similar capacity. Also, you should be willing to work extra hours, including weekends and holidays to ensure the smooth operations of the Cafe.

Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement and turn our cafe into a favourite local spot.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe

  • Maintain a set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness

  • Train and guide new staff on product knowledge and customer service

  • Monitoring of inventory stock levels and ordering when required

  • Assist in planning of menu based on seasonality and customers' preferences
  • Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses 

  • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase brand loyalty and reputation 

Job Requirements

    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a cafe manager

    • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for good food and beverage

    • Commitment to excellent customer service

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
