Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans that are in line with the company's strategic objectives

  • Identification of business trends and seeking out of potential retail opportunities within local and regional space

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and trends and report to Management for business development purposes

  • Provide marketing and operational support to all business partners

  • Maintain and enhance strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders

  • Regular reporting with reviews and evaluations on the performance of business partners to Management


Requirements

  • Degree in Business or equivalent professional qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of regional business development experience with proven track records of success in the retail industry or similar capacity

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Able to travel overseas as and when required
