Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle partial accounts and data entry

  • Handle account payable duties including verification of vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments

  • Handle petty cash claims

  • Provide general office support (answering of phone calls / attending to walk-in guests)

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Minimum Diploma qualification

  • No experience required as progressive training and exposure would be provided

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Good command of Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
