The item I would like to purchase is out of stock! What should I do?
Some of the new items on our site can sell out quickly. If you wish to be notified when the item is restocked, click on the “Notify me on updates” button and enter your email address. We will send you an email when the item is back in stock.

Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry but once your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?
For local and international orders, we accept payment via VISA, MASTER through PayPal (For Local and International Customers). For more information, kindly go to www.paypal.com. Payments made via Paypal are verified instantly.

 


 

DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days upon confirmation of your payment. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. To check order status, click here.

Can I self-collect my order?
Currently, we do not provide any self-collection services.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the duration from my purchase to make a valid return/exchange request?

All requests for exchange and return must be within 10 days from the invoice date. All online orders can be returned and exchanged through the online store or any retail outlets in Sinagapore.

How do I make my returns or exchanges?

All requests for exchange and return must be raised within 10 days from the invoice date. For Singapore online orders, you have the option to exchange at any retail store in Singapore or through the online store. 

Exchange Via Retail Stores

Items purchased online and delivered within Singapore can be exchanged at any Pazzion retail store in Singapore, within 10 days from the invoice date. You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to the retail store. The retail associates will evaluate the condition of your returned items. For eligible returns, you will receive an exchange in the retail store immediately and there will not be any other form of return (such as cash or credit note). If the exchange value is higher than the original item, customer is required to top up the difference, and there will be no refund if the exchange value is lower than the original item. For returns on wrong item delivered or duplicate order, please contact info@pazzion.com directly. 

Items sold are non-refundable, and Sales items are non-exchangeable.

Exchange Via Online Store At Pazzion.com

Items purchased online and delivered within Singapore can be returned by printing and filing up the Return/Exchange Request form here, within 10 days from the invoice date. Please follow the steps indicated in the Form for your exchange.

Are shipping charges refundable?

All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

What are the requirements before I can make a return/exchange request?

All returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging; with the original tags and tickets. Item(s) which show signs of worn are not eligible for exchange or return. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be not be processed. Pazzion reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item prior to any exchange or return. Pazzion’s decision shall be final.

All promotional, sale and discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Are repair services available?

We offer repair services for our products. For any repair inquiry, please visit any Pazzion retail store in Singapore for more information or contact us at contact@pazzion.com.

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?
Kindly contact our customer service team immediately with the order number and the incorrect item’s name. We will try to get back to you within 24 hours and resolve it as quickly as we can.

I have received a faulty item in my order, what should I do?
If you believe that the item you have purchased is faulty, kindly contact our customer service team with your order number, the faulty item’s name and a snapshot of the defect.

 



GIFT VOUCHER

Where can I get a Gift Voucher?
In any Pazzion shop or at Pazzion.com. On Pazzion.com, you can choose either a physical or an E-Gift Voucher.

Where can I use a Gift Voucher?
Physical Gift Vouchers can be used in any Pazzion shop while E-Gift Vouchers can be used only at Pazzion.com.

Can I use a Gift Voucher in a different country from where it was bought?
No, the Gift Vouchers can only be used in the shops of the country where it was bought.

Where can I get the following information: balance, expiry date and latest movements?
You can click here to Login to your account to check the information pertaining to you Gift Voucher.

Can I get a refund of the remaining balance?
No, the balance of the Gift Voucher may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.

How do I use a E-Gift Voucher at Pazzion.com?
Upon check out, simply key in the voucher code indicated on the Gift Voucher email.

What privileges do I enjoy as a VIP both at Pazzion Retail Stores and www.pazzion.com?

How can I join the PAZZION VIP membership?

To join us as a member, all you need to do is to purchase any 4 items in a single receipt at any Pazzion retail stores or www.pazzion.com.

I have been a Pazzion VIP member. Can I also enjoy the VIP membership privileges online?

Yes, you can. Kindly follow the steps below to activate your online VIP member privileges.

Steps for Online VIP Account Activation:

STEP 1 Create an online account at www.pazzion.com

STEP 2 Provide the following details email to either info@pazzion.com or fax us at +65 62979300 with the subject title “Online VIP Account Activation”.

-          Full Name

-          NRIC/FIN/Passport number

-          Contact number

-          Mailing Address

                -          A copy of front and back image of your NRIC/FIN/Passport number

STEP 3 Your application will be processed and you can start to enjoy your member privileges online in the next two (2) to four (4) working days. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address to inform you about your approved VIP status before you can enjoy your member privileges online.

Can I enjoy the VIP member privileges online immediately after I become a VIP member in the retail store?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to enjoy the privileges online immediately after you quality for VIP membership in our retail store. You will need to refer to the steps above for online activation of your account.

Do I need to enter any VIP member details online during checkout to enjoy the privileges?

No, you do not need to enter any details. Your member discounts will be reflected automatically when you log in to your account. Prices reflected on the site are the discounted prices for VIP members.

Can I get the 10% discount off regular priced item immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a VIP member?

The 10% discount is only applicable for next purchase.
